Hertfordshire based property developer OneOneSix have commissioned IIAV to install intelligent lighting, music, heating, CCTV and networking in one of their latest developments in Welwyn.

The property is being kitted out with Control4 home automation and the future owners will have the option of upgrading their system to include UHD television and music in additional rooms.
